We use Wordfence for beefy security and site monitoring. We install and maintain a TLS certificate and use Cloudflare’s CDN to make sure that your site’s security is maintained. In the event of a malware attack, we are here to mitigate and restore free of additional charge.
During normal business hours our response times are normally less than an hour, though we prioritize issues over change requests. Resolution times vary from an hour or less (for certain emergencies) to 24 hours or more if the work is more involved. Regardless of length of time to resolution, we remain responsive to each and every support request we receive.
Yes! We offer complimentary business-class hosting, and we will even transfer your site over absolutely free. You are not obligated to take this hosting and we do not reduce our plan pricing if you choose not to host with us.
Nope, we will work with any hosting provider you currently have. However, if we determine that your site is slow due to your host, we will recommend taking advantage of our complimentary hosting. We’ll even move your site for you for free!

We sure do! Malware cleanup is included with all of our maintenance plans.
During our onboarding process we’ll grab everything we need from you to maintain your site. That includes creating a WordPress Administrator account as well as the login to your hosting platform. From there we can install all of our maintenance and security tools.
Yes, you will always work with someone based here in the United States. We are a remote team with designers, developers, project managers, and campaign managers who live in Chicago, Milwaukee, Dallas, San Diego, San Francisco, Boston, and Raleigh. We also have a team of developers in India and the Ukraine who report to a senior engineer here in the states.
Never! All of our plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. We bill on the 1st and we prorate your first charge depending on when you sign up. Upon cancellation, service will remain active through the end of your term (the end of the month). Prorated refunds are not offered.
